Our law firm offers a FREE CASE EVALUATION (by telephone), FREE OF CHARGE.
This provides an opportunity for people facing a divorce, legal separation or a custody case, to understand their options and what a roadmap to a successful resolution or defense of their case might look like. It also provides us an opportunity for our firm to understand the unique issues facing you as a perspective client, and whether we would be the best attorneys to help you with your case.
From there, our firm would then schedule a longer, more in-depth paid consultation with one of our talented attorneys or our managing attorney and owner Nikolas D. Capitano.
To schedule a formal consultation with Attorney Capitano please call our main office Monday through Friday any time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 610-228-2828.
All family law related consultations, including but not limited to matters of divorce, child custody, support and protection from abuse matters (PFA), will be charged a $150.00 consultation fee at the end of each consultation.
Consultations are typically one (1) hour long and consist of an overview of all pertinent law and processes that would be involved in your matter. You would then share with our attorneys all information regarding your situation. Once our office has a complete understanding of the details of your specific matter, we will then develop for you a game plan and strategy for accomplishing your goals and protecting your rights.
If on the day of your consultation you agree to hire the Law Office of Nikolas D. Capitano, Esquire., The Leges Group LLC, and if our office agrees to represent you, and if you enter into an Agreement of Representation and make payment thereto on the same day as your consultation, then your consultation’s fee will be waived.
For information regarding none family law related consultations or additional services that our office can provide to you, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: All consultations are by appointment only. Our Berks County Wyomissing office does not provide walk-in services at this point in time.
