Nikolas D. Capitano to Speak at Annual Lawyers’ Summit

We are proud to announce that our attorney, Mr. Nikolas D. Capitano, has been invited to speak at this year’s YLD Summer Summit.

Young Lawyers Division

YLD is an annual summit for young lawyers. Last year’s summit could not be held in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this year, it will return as a live event. The organizers will still adhere to all CDC guidelines as well as any recommendations from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. It will be held at Graduate State College, July 21 – 23, 2021.

The Young Lawyers Division 2021 Summer Summit is a place where young legal professionals can meet. It is a wonderful opportunity to share ideas. There are many panels planned, where legal professionals from various practices can speak about their experiences. The summit is not just a place for professionals to network and prosper but also a place for them to obtain continued education credits, a requirement that all licensed attorneys must comply with on a yearly basis

Attorney Capitano Speaking on Friday, July 23

At this year’s summit, there will be a “101 Series” of panels introducing young legal professionals to the basics and overviews of various legal practices. At 10:45 am, on July 23, Capitano will present at the “101 Series – Family Law” panel, joined by other local lawyers in the field. This panel will discuss various aspects of family law practice, including custody, support, divorce, and PFAs. Panelists will share their experiences and “war stories,” providing insight to attendees interested in the field.
